This is for the purpose of meeting insurance criteria as well as for your health and safety during class or treatment. Contact details are used to contact you or your next of kin in the case of an emergency.

Consent and the storing of data :
By giving your permission on the class registration/acupuncture consultation form you agree to that data being held by Jane Wood online or on paper.
This is only for the purpose of booking and receiving acupuncture treatment or yoga classes and sending details of the classes or appointments.
Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should I need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services.
This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.
Consent and the storing and processing of data by Jane Wood for my mailing list:
By opting to subscribe to yoga classes you consent to Jane Wood holding your name and email address electronically on a mailing list with Mailchimp.
This is used for sending you class booking details and occasionally other information about classes. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the Mailchimp email.

Right to be forgotten:

I will permanently delete all data I hold about you as soon as my insurance policies allow me to do so.
